When There is True LOVE, there will be True Peace. I'm an Elohim Life Form (Elf) & I am Raelian [link] Who believes In True Love and Sensuality .:: Deviant Appreciation Day is everyday
As with everyone else, I say: "OMG THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL!" and be sure to insert much drooling, emoticons, and other such things.
But after getting beyond the initial reaction I'd like to point out a few things, mainly on the character (elf?) in the foreground. Her left shoulder seems to be a little high up and ridgid, it might be a little more appealing to the eye if you were to relax it a little, I think it'd flow better considering the raised position of her right shoulder. It also appears that her arm (the left one again) is bending a little bit too high, it makes it seem slightly disjointed. Also, on the arm and the whole depth perception thing, it appears that she's reaching back to stroak the panther/jag/large black feline, which throws the eyes for a spin once they realize what's going on. With the position that you have her with relation to the cat, it seems like her hand would more likely be dangling infront of it rather than touching the top of its head. Unless you bring the cat's head forward more, then it might work that way.
Okay, there's my two cents for this one. You definately have some awesome skills and ability.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
